St. Louis Mental Health Board
The St. Louis Mental Health Board is a special tax district in the city of St. Louis as set forth by state statute. The St. Louis Mental Health Board is the Substance Abuse/Mental Health and Children’s Services authority for the City of St. Louis.

As such, MHB administers public funds for behavioral health and children’s services for the benefit of city residents. MHB administers these funds by investing in community programs, projects, partnerships and initiatives that are focused on supporting city residents to achieve positive results and/or experience favorable impacts.

Missouri Foundation of Health
Our vision is to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve. We empower the people of the communities we serve to achieve equal access to quality health services that promote prevention and encourage healthy behaviors. MFH serves 84 Missouri counties and the city of St. Louis.
The Missouri Foundation for Health does not create programs, but rather it helps develop and fund programs through grants to eligible organizations in the region. The Foundation’s priorities encompass activities in both the prevention and treatment of disease and disability.
